I have the pleasure of working with the leading technology companies to enhance their sales and support professionals’ performance.  I’m proud to say that many of my long-term client relationships have spanned my entire 30+ year career. Although a lot has changed in that time, one thing that remains constant is recognizing that each client has their own personality, operating culture, and performance-related objectives. Taking the time to get to know and understand each client is what makes my job exciting.  One size does not fit all in this business.  

My responsibilities include focusing on business development, delivering value to our clients, and working with channel partners.

I enjoy spending time with my wife, exercising, and playing with our two dogs. On weekends we try to get together with our kids and get out on the water.


My Work

Focused on performance improvement for solution providers, I have worked with most leading technology providers to align training solutions and industry enablement tools with the necessary level of industry competency. I also work closely with the client’s sales organizations to develop support tools to build on and tactically apply training tools to start executive conversations, identify opportunities, and position the value of the organization’s solutions.
