Client Relationship Executive
I have the pleasure of working with the leading technology companies to enhance their sales and support professionals’ performance. I’m proud to say that many of my long-term client relationships have spanned my entire 30+ year career. Although a lot has changed in that time, one thing that remains constant is recognizing that each client has their own personality, operating culture and performance-related objectives. Taking the time to get to know and understand each client is what makes my job exciting. One size does not fit all in this business.
My responsibilities include focusing on business development, delivering value to our clients and working with channel partners.
Focused on performance improvement for leading technology providers, I work with most leading technology providers to align training solutions and industry enablement tools to achieve my client’s level of industry competency. I also work closely with the client’s sales and enablement organizations to develop support tools that build on and the training to start executive conversations, identify opportunities and position the value of the organization’s solutions.
When I’m Not Working…
“I enjoy spending time with my wife, exercising and playing with our two dogs. On weekends we try to get together with our kids and get out on the water.”
Before joining PSI, I was Account Executive at ECI, where I worked with technology providers to support their industry and sales training requirements. Before ECI, I was the SVP of Sales for the research firm Mentis Corporation (later sold to Gartner).
I attended the University of Miami and studied Marine Science. I graduated from Long Island University Post with a BS in Marketing.
